New Student and Kindergarten Registration
Returning Student Annual Verification
New students needing to register for school must provide the following:
- Proof of residency: mortgage or lease AND a utility bill from City of Maryville or Atmos
- Proof of Birth (birth certificate, passport, immigration documentation, decree of adoption, or other records issued by a court)
- Student's social security card (if available)
- Immunization record on Tennessee form (TN DOE LINK)
- Any custody documents pertaining to the students
Only legal guardians may register students.
