Welcome to the JSE Library!
My name is Alisa Mason, and I am beginning my 24th year at John Sevier Elementary School and my ninth year as our school's librarian. My own two sons are John Sevier graduates, so I have had the opportunity to experience our wonderful school as both a parent and as a teacher!
As a lifetime learner, I earned my Bachelor's degree in English and Speech Communications from Winthrop University then returned to the University of North Carolina for my Master's degree in Education. For my move to the library, I completed a second Master's degree at University of Tennessee in Information Science and earned my EdS degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
You can find me on Twitter - @MsBooksJSE .
I am always available to help you with concerns and to hear your comments and suggestions!
